1. Q: What are your products made from?
   A: All our garments are carefully crafted from ultra-soft, breathable, microfiber fabric, consisting of 30% spandex and 70% nylon. This material ensures that each MaRen garment provides ample stretch and feels like a 2nd Skin – never binding or restrictive.
   
   
2. Q: Where are your products produced?
   A: All MaRen apparel is 100% made in Canada. We stand against production in undeveloped nation by girls and women who spend their days making products for those more privileged, through no fault or choosing of their own.
   
   
3. Q: How does the sizing work?
   A: Our products are made specially for tweens and teens. Here is our size chart:

4. Q: How do I care for MaRen products?
   A: Our garments are all machine washable. To prevent shrinking, we recommend washing in cold water (less than 40 degrees Celsius) and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing or bleaching garments, as they could damage the fabric.
   
   
5. Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate?
   A: Yes! Gift certificates can be purchased here. MaRen products make unique gifts for tween and teen girls.

Payment & Shipping

1. Q: What are your shipping rates?
   A: Shipping is free for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates typically vary between $10 and $15, depending on the destination, number of items ordered, and type of shipping chosen.
   
   
2. Q: Do you ship internationally?
   A: Yes! We can ship products worldwide.
   
   
3. Q: When will I receive my order?
   A: Order delivery timing depends on the destination. Orders from within Canada are typically received within 2 – 5 days.
   
   
4. Q: Which payment methods do you accept on your site?
   A: We currently accept all major credit cards

Returns & Exchanges

1. Q: If I place an order and the size is not correct, do you offer exchanges?
   A: Yes! We want you to love your items, so if the size is not right, please get in touch and we’ll send you a new one. Please donate the unused garment to a girl you know. Additional shipping fees may apply.
   
   
2. Q: If I am not happy with my order, do you offer returns?
   A: Yes! If at any time you aren't satisfied with any MaRen garment, just get in touch with us and we will refund or replace your item. We're on the journey with you!
